NextCloud - an important feature

NEXTCLOUD is a cloud (cloud) that allows you to share data with registered users or by link with people of your choice. It is an open source, secure, European and complete solution because these possibilities are not limited to the single cloud function.

Indeed, we can notice several uses of NEXCLOUD if it is installed as a cloud directly connected to the Internet or on your local network:

  • In Internet cloud usage:
    • It can manage your calendar in place of your usual GMAIL or macOS calendars
    • Sharing folders, files with other people saved or not
    • Publishing collaborative documents with LibeOffice or OnlyOffice
    • It can manage registered user views with others
  • In local use (with restricted access by VPN):
    • It allows even remote synchronization of folders and documents chosen between it and any device, server, personal computer, mobile phone
    • You can view your device folder directly on the NEXCLOUD server
    • Synchronization of folders for backup
